Because our curry is salt-free, it allows you to build flavor intentionally
whether you prefer mild, savory, sweet, or spicy.
WEEKEND COOKING
Curry Oxtail
Description: Rich, slow-simmered, and deeply flavorful.
Ingredients:
3 lbs oxtail
2 tbsp FUFU Nā SAUCE Curry
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 cups water or broth
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Season oxtail with curry and salt.
Brown in pot.
Add onion, garlic, and liquid.
Cover and simmer 2½ā3 hours until tender
Chef Adjo Tip: Allow the curry to bloom in the oil before adding liquid ā this brings out depth
Curry Goat
Description: Traditional, bold, and comforting.
Ingredients:
2ā3 lbs goat meat
2 tbsp FUFU Nā SAUCE Curry
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
Water or broth
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Season meat with curry and salt.
Brown lightly.
Add aromatics and liquid.
Simmer 2ā3 hours until tender
Curry Beef Stew
Description: A hearty stew perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
2 tbsp curry
Onion, garlic
2 cups broth
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Season beef
Brown meat.
Add aromatics and broth.
Simmer 1½ā2 hours.
QUICK MEALS
Curry Pasta
Description: A fusion comfort dish.
Ingredients:
Pasta of choice
1 tbsp curry
Vegetables
Cream or coconut milk
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta.
SautƩ vegetables.
Stir in curry and cream or coconut milk.
Toss pasta and serve.
Chef Adjo Tip: Season gradually ā the curry is salt-free, so taste as you go.
Curry Fried Rice
Description: A fast, flavorful use for leftover rice.
Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Mixed vegetables
Eggs (optional)
1 tbsp curry
Oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in pan.
Add vegetables and curry.
Stir in rice.
Add eggs if using.
Season and serve.
Chef Adjo Tip: Add some green onions at the end for extra freshness.
Universal Curry Marinade
Description: A versatile marinade for proteins or vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp FUFU Nā SAUCE Curry
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients.
Marinate protein or vegetables for at least 30 minutes.
Cook as desired.
