Because our curry is salt-free, it allows you to build flavor intentionally
whether you prefer mild, savory, sweet, or spicy.
EVERYDAY RECIPES
Curry Chicken
Description: A comforting everyday chicken dish infused with warm West African flavor.
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken (thighs or drumsticks)
2 tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water or broth
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Season chicken with curry and salt.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion and garlic.
Add chicken and lightly brown.
Add water or broth.
Cover and simmer 30–35 minutes until tender
Chef Adjo Tip: Allow the curry to bloom in the oil before adding liquid — this brings out depth
Curry Shrimp
Description: Quick, bold, and perfect for weeknight meals.
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1½ tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
1 bell pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Season shrimp with curry and salt.
Heat oil and sauté onion and bell pepper.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
Curry Rice
Description: A simple way to elevate everyday rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1 tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
3½ cups water or broth
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil and stir in curry.
Add rice and toast lightly.
Add liquid and salt.
Cook rice as usual.
PLANT-BASED & VEGAN
Curry Chickpeas
Description: A colorful plant-based dish layered with warmth and texture.
Ingredients:
2 cans chickpeas, drained
2–3 different color bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1½ tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan.
Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened.
Stir in curry and allow it to bloom
Add chickpeas and mix well.
Simmer 10–15 minutes.
Adjust salt and seasoning to taste.
Chef Adjo Tip: Season gradually — the curry is salt-free, so taste as you go.
Curry Black-Eyed Peas
Description: A comforting West African–inspired dish
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked black-eyed peas
2–3 different color bell peppers, sliced
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot.
Add bell peppers and green onions; sauté lightly.
Stir in curry.
Add black-eyed peas.
Simmer 15–20 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Chef Adjo Tip: Add some green onions at the end for extra freshness.
Curry Roasted Vegetables
Description: Perfect as a side or bowl base.
Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, zucchini)
2 tbsp oil
1½ tbsp FUFU N’ SAUCE Curry
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Toss vegetables with oil and curry.
Roast at 400°F for 30–35 minutes.
Season lightly before serving.
